TLC Lash Extension Policy
Deposits
A Deposit is always required to book. You will be required to pay when booking online. If for any reason you are not booking online and booking directly through me, deposit should be sent to tenderlashesandcare@hotmail.com.
Price is determined by service and is usually between $10-$20.
Any cancellations made less then 24 hours in advance will result in loss of deposit and a new deposit required to book. Any cancellations made more then 24 hours in advance will not require a second deposit but you must reschedule within a month of your initial appointment and can only reschedule once with the same deposit.
NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REBOOK.
Eyelash Extensions Refill Policy
At least 40% of lashes are required to book a refill. any less will be considered a full set or charged a $20 fee.
Any refill booked more then a month after your last appointment will be considered a full set.
Mini fill appointments can only be made 3-7 days after your last full set/refill appointment.
Mini fills cannot be booked twice in a row.
Any appointments made not following the policies will be cancelled and you will be contacted to rebook.
Extra Fees
After Hours Booking Fee $15
For appointments needing to be booked outside of open hours
(ie. before 10am, after 7pm)
Squeeze In Booking Fee $15
Same/Next day appointments booked through me when times are not available on my website.
Foreign Fill Fee $15
Refilling other lash techs work
Lashes must be properly isolated and 40%
of lashes remaining or a removal is needed.
(If removal is required fee is still mandatory)
Late Fee $10
If you are 15-20 minutes late
(20 minutes + and your appointment
is cancelled and will need to be
rescheduled)
Extra Fees are to be paid along with your remaining total at the end of your appointment.
