Booking Policy for TLC Academy Masterclasses Welcome to Tender Lashes & Care! We're excited you're interested in our Small Group Masterclasses. Please review our booking policy to ensure a smooth registration process. 1.Registration and Payment Deposit Requirement: -Teeth Whitening Masterclass: $150 non-refundable deposit -Lash Lift Masterclass: $100 non-refundable deposit Total Cost: - Teeth Whitening Masterclass: $500 (includes deposit) - Lash Lift Masterclass: $300 (includes deposit) Payment Methods: Credit card, debit card, and PayPal via www.tenderlashesandcare.com. Balance due the day of class can be paid in cash or e-transfer. 2.Confirmation - After receiving your deposit, you'll get a confirmation email with class details. - Remaining balance is due the day of your class when your arrive. Unpaid balances may result in loss of your spot. 3.Cancellations and Refunds Deposit: Non-Refundable. Cancellations: - 48 hours before class: Refund on any money paid minus deposit. - Less than 48 hours: No refund. Rescheduling: Contact us 48 hours in advance to reschedule and we can move your deposit to the next available small group masterclass date. 4.Class Size and Availability - Limited to 4 participants for personalized training. - Spots filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration recommended. 5.On the Day of the Masterclass - Arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss key parts of the training. - Bring required materials as per the confirmation email. - Engage actively and respect the learning environment. 6.Health and Safety - We follow strict hygiene and safety protocols.
