Booking Policy for TLC Academy's 1 on 1 Masterclasses Welcome to Tender Lashes & Care! We're excited you're interested in our 1 on 1 Masterclasses. Please review our booking policy to ensure a smooth registration process. 1.Registration and Payment Deposit Requirement: -Eyelash Extension 1 on 1 Masterclass - 3 Days (You will be contacted to book day 2 & 3) $200 non-refundable deposit -Teeth Whitening Masterclass: 1 Day $200 non-refundable deposit -Lash Lift Masterclass: 1 Day $200 non-refundable deposit Total Cost: - 1 on 1 Eyelash Extension Masterclass: $1200 (includes deposit) - Teeth Whitening Masterclass: $900 (includes deposit) - Lash Lift 1 on 1 Masterclass: $500 (includes deposit) Payment Methods: Deposit can be paid by credit card, debit card, and PayPal via www.tenderlashesandcare.com. Remaining balance can be paid before or upon arrival to your training. 2.Confirmation - After receiving your deposit, you'll get a confirmation email with class details. - Remaining balance is due by or on the class date. Unpaid balances may result in loss of your spot. 3.Cancellations and Refunds Deposit: Non-refundable. Cancellations: -48 hours before class: Refund minus deposit. -Less than 48 hours: No refund. Rescheduling: Contact us 48 hours in advance to reschedule. 4.Class Size and Availability -Trainings are 1 on 1 for personalized training. -Book your trainings online as per availability on our website www.tenderlashesandcare.com 5.On the Day of the Masterclass - Arrive on time. - Engage actively and respect the learning environment. 6.Health and Safety - We follow strict hygiene and safety protocols.
